      With the lift2move cleanroom, EXPRESSO expands its lift2move series with a mobile lifting and transport system specifically designed for use in cleanrooms. The system is certified according to ISO 14644-1, cleanroom class 5, and thus meets the highest requirements of electronics, semiconductor, and optics manufacturing. Certification was carried out by the Fraunhofer Institute for Manufacturing Engineering and Automation (IPA). At the heart of the system is an electrically driven lifting mast with a boom, capable of precisely lifting, lowering, and positioning payloads of up to 180 kg over a stroke of 1,600 mm. The design allows for free movement of the load within the space, as well as the precise loading and unloading of workpiece carriers, components, or containers – even directly at machines and equipment. This is made possible, among other things, by a clearance length of 492 mm and a clearance height of 88 mm. Standard features include a tilt-proof, stable chassis with a low center of gravity and non-marking polyurethane casters compliant with ESD standards, ensuring quiet and controlled maneuvering in cleanrooms. A three-stage service brake allows for freewheeling, braking, or locking of the rear swivel casters. A key feature is the integrated VPC position control, which enables automatic and repeatable positioning to up to eight defined lifting heights – with freely selectable lifting speeds and optional manual control. The lift2move cleanroom is constructed almost entirely of stainless steel and aluminum. All surfaces are glass bead blasted, electropolished, or anodized, making them suitable for cleanroom environments. Power supply and control systems are compactly housed in a rear-mounted control cabinet. The system is complemented by an ergonomic two-handed maneuvering handle for precise and safe operation.

A Power Apps-based tool that fully automates returns management: Instant scanning: All package data appears immediately upon scanning the label. On-site quality control: Damage or discrepancies are documented immediately – including photos. Real-time integration into the WMS: All information is automatically sent to the system and to the customer – via email, file, or direct platform connection. Faster. More transparent. More precise. This new application eliminates manual processes, increases speed, improves data quality and enables full traceability for returns – thus guaranteeing the same level of excellence that we already offer for outgoing shipments.
