About us
The main business activity of WILTSCHE Fördersysteme is the planning and sales of mobile truck loading systems for loose cargo. The main customers are parcel services and logistic service providers, but also manufacturers and distributors of textiles, electronic devices and other lightweight loose cargo. In combination with the truck loading systems sometimes further fixed conveying systems are needed. Those will be projected and manufactured and installed in co-operation with specialised partners. We are facing the growing demands on reliability of the running conveyors and installations, providing an efficient support of spare parts, preventive service and short response times in case of problems.

WILTSCHE TrailerLoader
The WILTSCHE Trailer Loader is the perfect solution for loading or unloading trailers from facilities WITHOUT DOCK LEVELLERS – OR LOADING DOCKS. The WILTSCHE Trailer Loader features an inclined belt conveyor, which includes a WILTSCHE Powered Expandable Flexible Conveyor mounted to a heavy duty (self levelling) tongue arrangement. The conveyor is then simply extended into the trailer for easy loading and unloading of parcels, packages and totes. Our options include either a fully powered roller extending tongue, a gravity skatewheel or a gravity roller extending tongue if required. Easy hydraulic height adjustment for both the infeed belt boom and main belt boom, which provides the exact load and unload level required. The unit is easily manoeuvred on heavy duty large diameter robust swivel castors to enable easy location on multi-door applications. The Trailer Loader has a maximum trailer penetration of 8750mm making it ideal for loading and unloading both 20ft and 40ft trailers and shipping containers.
WILTSCHE Gravity Skatewheel Expandable Conveyor
A rugged conveyor ideally suited for many roles from packaging and flexible assembly lines to loading and unloading of trucks and containers. The Conveyor is easy to move around on heavy duty castors and simply compacts to a quarter of ist size when not in use.
WILTSCHE ExpressLoader
Telescopic gravity roller conveyor. High impact, low inertia, 50mm diameter PVC rollers mounted in fully welded mild steel channel frames bottom deck reinforced with 60mm x 30mm angle, other decks manufactured from heavy duty section and powdercoated blue BS4800 18-E-53. 50mm diameter bright zinc plated mild steel rollers at load point and 20mm diameter bright zinc plated mild steel rollers at deck transfer sections. Deck transfer sections are reinforced and have twin rollers. Fitted with 150mm heavy duty swivel braked castors.
