Our wheels and castors give you greater mobility,
thus improving your working conditions and allowing you to establish a better quality of life. For more than 100 years, we have made it our business to make wheels and castors.
Since we first set up business in 1923, in the Tente district of Wermelskirchen, we have steadily grown and today are represented on all five continents.
As a large castor manufacturer, we have achieved an outstanding position in the market thanks to our high quality products, extensive experience and innovative custom solutions. Castor family Kappa
The housings are made of welded solid steel, galvanically finished surfaces for maximum rust protection. Constructed for highest load capacity and tough conditions. There are two types of housings available with different swivel bearings and performance. The characteristics of a wheel depend on the material and the bearing. Due to a very reduced abrasion our wheels are extremely wearresistant and therefore durable. In addition, they are characterized by a very low need of cleaning and do not cause a stain when they are in contact with floors for a long period of time.
Castor family Zeta
The housing is made of reinforced extra heavy pressed steel for high load capacity. Easy steering can be guaranteed by two hardened ball races in the swivel head which are lubricated with long-life grease and fitted with a grease dispenser for easy maintenance. The swivel bearing has a dust ring for continuous, uninterrupted movement. Various wheels are available to suit your application.
Castor family Scout
The housing of the casstor family Scout is made of stainless steel with a slim fork shape. The slim design reduces the risk of accidents as it helps to avoid collisions in narrow passages. The swivel bearing is equipped with a dust ring which allows continuous, uninterrupted movement. Additionally, the swivel bearing is lubricated with long-life grease and fitted with a grease dispenser. This makes a quick and effortless maintenance possible. E-Drive
The E-Drive works like a fifth wheel and offers perfect directional stability, especially when using four castors. The system is activated via the hand control unit. Once the drive unit is lowered, it is ready for use. The stepless speed regulation (forward and backward) enables an optimal use. The required energy is supplied by a powerful, rechargeable battery. In the lifted position, it can be flexibly moved crosswise in confined spaces. There are different ways to position the E-Drive under your application. But, no matter which position you choose, E-Drive assures high directional stability.
Castor family Omikron
The robust housing of the castor family Omikron is designed for highest load capacities. It is made of welded solid steel and offers a long service life thanks to high-quality galvanising. The swivel bearing is lubricated with long-life grease and fitted with a grease nipple for a quick and easy maintenance. All these features enable the user to enjoy excellent swiveling properties under high loads. This extra heavy- duty construction is available as single wheel and twin-wheel castor.
Castor family Delta
The housing of the castor family Delta is made of heavy pressed steel for high load capacity and is bright zinc plated and blue passivated. The covered swivel head has a sealed precision ball bearing and is maintenance-free. The materials are tested in our own laboratory to ensure they comply with European standards. Non-hazardous materials are used in order to comply with RoHS and REACH regulations. We have two types of housing, single wheel castors and twin wheel castors. Different wheels are available.
