Safe monitoring and fast access Our flexible high-speed door with machine protection meets these requirements. Operating personnel is protected by a fully monitored separation of the machine and allows easy access on demand. Safety sensors in the aluminium bottom rail and in the side guide reliably reports the door´s position to the machine or system controller (performance level d). This ensures that the door may only be opened when the machine stands still or rather that the machine starts working only when the doors is closed.

RTS 4000 PU 42 – Insulated high-speed door with rigid door curtain

This door is characterized by its high speed as well as excellent resistance against wind load. 42 mm sections with thermal break are made from PO-foamed robust steel and ensure a good U-value. The light grille is integrated in the side elements and monitors the closing zone up to a height of 2500 mm. This doors shows a fine Micrograin surface on the outside and stucco-texture on the inside, both in RAL9006. The door can be painted in other RAL-colours on customer request

Iso Speed Cold 100 – Insulated cold store and deep freeze door

This door has everything that is needed for high temperature differences. 100 mm thick sections reliably separate areas with different temperatures. Low-wear counterweights ensure a safe and fast door travel. The ThermoFrame is delivered as standard. The light grille is integrated in the side guides of the door and monitors the closing zone up to a height of 2500 mm. Sturdy steel sections are PU foamed and ensure an excellent thermal value.

A 4012 SEL R – Internal door with tubular motor and aluminium side guides

The door is equipped with a light grille and SoftEdge profile for a high level of security and cost-effectiveness. The light grille stops the door immediately if a person or vehicle is moving in the door opening. Thanks to the flexible SoftEdge profile with manual re-feed downtimes and damages on the door can be avoided. Small frame gaps and lip seals make the door very tight. Narrow side guides and a powerful tubular motor make the door particularly suitable for narrow fitting situations in high frequented areas.

This door has been our bestseller for areas without draughts for many years. Safety equipment such as SoftEdge and light grille is integrated. The aluminium wind locks make the door extremely service-friendly. The patented SoftEdge profile is flexible which reduces damages on the door and related malfunctions of the door. As the wind locks are made of aluminium profiles, single curtain segments can be replaced easily.

A particularly robust SoftEdge bottom profile is specifically designed for outside use.

S 2000 L – Internal and external door with transparent curtain

The 4 mm thick, transparent door curtain allows light to pass through and protects against surprises during transport. Optionally, the curtain is available with coloured fabric material with or without vision field. From a door surface of 25 m², we supply a coloured fabric curtain with vision field. Its modern industrial technology makes this door extremely strong. Its robust aluminium bottom part stabilises the curtain additionally at heavy wind loads. Belt system for safe operation A tensioning system in the side elements ensures safe door operation and keeps the door tensed in any position.

S 2030 – External door for large openings

Twin tension belts and extra wide side elements make a safe door travel possible even with high curtain weight. A standard frequency converter control cabinet and a double closing edge on the bottom profile make sure that the clamping forces are adhered to and guarantee safe operation. Spring steel wind locks in curtain pockets Lateral twin rollers ensure quiet door travel and allow higher wind loads. The number of wind locks depends on door size, wind load requirements as well as fitting site.

S 1500 Food L – Internal door for the food industry

The highest hygiene standards are applied in the food industry. Regular mechanical and chemical cleaning of machines result in high demands on the construction and used materials. The stainless steel door S 1500 Food L was designed for this application and even withstands high-pressure cleaning systems. The entire door, including shaft, side elements and the control cabinet, is made of stainless steel; water and cleaning agents are not a problem. The fully encapsulated IP 65 operator is protected by an additional cover. Thanks to the chamfered design and cut-outs cleaning water can drain quickly.

S 1500 Clean – Internal door for clean rooms with transparent curtain

Air purification in clean rooms can result in high pressure differences. The door combines a high degree of tightness with complete transparency. Side elements, chamfered covers and control cabinet are made of stainless steel. A 4 mm thick curtain is tightly fit into especially developed side guides to minimise leakage. Thus, the ventilation system can be customised in case of pressure differences.

Super MS 12 – Internal door for supermarkets

This door was especially developed for personnel traffic. Safety features as main switch, emergency-off button and covers for operator and barrel are standard. In the case of a power failure the door is opened automatically by low-wear counter weights. A light grille monitors the area close to the closing edge and ensures quick response times. Because of its lightweight curtain and flexible bottom part the door can be quickly returned to operation even after a crash.

S 2012 Iso L – Internal door for fresh and cold logistics up to 5°C

The right insulation is top priority for energy efficient cooling. The S 2012 Iso L was developed especially for this application. Its insulation offers a low heat transition coefficient which makes it the right choice for cold warehouses up to 5°C. The curtain pockets are filled with 20 mm thick PE foam and keep the cold in where it belongs. A heat transition coefficient of about 1.6 W (m² x K) helps reducing energy expenses.
