Lift Tables - Single Scissor
Our largest product group is made up of simple, yet powerful and versatile scissor lift tables. These scissor lift tables can be found in many different types operations, all equally adaptable, stable and ergonomic in design. All models in the single scissor lift table group that start with T (T models) can be customized to the end-users specific requirements. A single scissor lift table can be supplied in a variety of different colors, with an array of different accessories or control alternatives all designed to suit the individual requirements of the customer. A number of models can be of the heavy-duty variety suitable for use in intensive operations. The functionality of the single scissor lift tables can be increased with the help of a number of accessories. Examples of such accessories within the product group are: mobile base, load flaps, guard rails, roller conveyors and turntables. Before deciding which scissor lift table and design is required, consider all conditions that it will be operating under. Most models for intensive use can be manufactured in HD-version. ARZ 750 - Armlift ARZ for milkrun trains
The ARZ is developed together with one of Europe’s biggest car manufacturer to provide an ergonomic, safe and profitable material handling without forklift trucks. Every year, forklift trucks cause a great number of industrial accidents and are also, from a lean perspective, an unprofitable way of transporting material. Milkrun trains, on the other hand, are more efficient and a safer way to transport materials. Milkrun trains pull several trolleys with materials which can then be unloaded at the respective operator’s workplace. The trains are then rolled up onto the Armlift in two directions depending on the design of the load restraint. Lift height and tilt angle are easily set manually or automatically and provide the operator with superior access with free leg space. ARZ has a cutting-edge design, which provides unique opportunities to streamline the flow of materials in a safe and ergonomic way. Product Features - Extremely compact design means that most standard design milkrun trains work together with the ARZ Armlift. - Stepless height and tilt adjustment provides great adjustabilty in presenting material individually for each operator. - Modular design provides great flexibility for solutions that meet different needs.
Work Positioners
Our lift trolleys are designed for environments with high demands for reliability and functionality, such as the manufacturing, automotive, and aerospace industries. Still, they are ideal for administration, logistics, and other environments. The lift trolleys are designed in steel with a powder-coated structural paint finish, which provides a highly resistant surface. The WP series lift trolleys are designed for the operator to lift easily, transport and position heavy objects up to 285kg, all in perfect ergonomic conditions. A wide range of tools is available to handle most types of loads. Examples of tools include platforms, booms, forks, lifting arms, and tools that can grip, tilt and rotate different objects. Handling heavy loads with a lifting movement that uses as little muscle power as possible minimises the risk of occupational injuries caused by repeated lifting, moving and handling of heavy objects. All models in the WP series are equipped with AGM batteries, are easy to manoeuvre and have a powerful and fast motor with a lifting time of 120 mm per second. A Work Positioner is the perfect choice when handling crates, rolls, cardboard boxes, drums or other types of loads that need to be lifted, moved and positioned.
ART 1500GV - Armlift - Lift and Tilt
Our Armlift's unique function offers an ergonomic work place with ample foot space, comfortable working positions and unrivalled accessibility. The Armlift is the perfect choice for almost all work places that handle goods and components on pallets, in baskets or containers. Loads are lifted with parallel arms that can also tilt the load in a single mechanism making the Armlift an economic alternative to conventional tables, which require separate lift and tilt mechanisms. Because the Armlift tilts down it is especially suited for use with high pallets, oversized baskets and containers. The Armlift improves productivity and reduces work injuries by eliminating work situations where you are forced to stretch, bend and twist. LTT 750 FOR MILKRUN TRAINS
The LTT 750 is EdmoLift's next generation of lift- and tilt solutions that has been developed to meet the challenges of tomorrow within material handling processes. The LTT is more compact than any other model on the market, and with a unique lowest height of only 190 mm and a width of 550 mm, it is compatible with basically any trolley available. Despite its compact format, both the hydraulic power pack and the electric control system are built into the lift, which further reduces the necessary space for installation and workspace. Our new lift- and tilt solution creates an astonishing ergonomic window where the operator can easily adjust the lift- and tilt function according to individual needs and preferences. This does not only create better ergonomics for the operator, but also a more effective material handling-and intralogistics process for the organization overall.
